SHIPPING & DELIVERY

The majority of our pieces are kept in stock and dispatch order within 10 working days (but usually sooner).

During busy periods such as sales, collection releases, and christmas your order may take a little longer to dispatch.

If you need your order for a specific date please get in contact before or immediately after ordering.

All UK orders are shipped via royal mail second class signed for, during busy periods i sometimes upgrade this to first class free of charge.

International orders are shipped via royal mail international tracked / signed for, sometimes very large orders (over £300) will be sent via UPS.

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties, please be aware that as the customer you are responsible for paying these.

EASY RETURNS

If for some reason you would like to return your purchase please email us at contact@kimchiandcoconut.com or using the contact form on the website.

The cost of return postage must be covered by yourself and will not be refunded.

The postage cost on your order will also not be refunded.

Unfortunately due to hygiene regulations i am unable to accept returns on earrings, even if they are unworn.

I also cannot accept returns on cutomised pieces.

If your order has arrived damaged in anyway please email pictures of the damage to contact@kimchiandcoconut.com

Depending on the damage we can offer anything from spare parts so you can fix it yourself without the hassle of having to return anything, a replacement/refund once the damaged item has been returned back to us.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you purchase something from Kimchi and Coconut, we receive the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. We collect this as it is needed to process your order. Once your order has been processed we do keep copies of your order paperwork for HMRC purposes, but your personal information will never be given or sold to any third parties. All paperwork is keep in a locked filing cabinet and only used if we need to look up your past orders.

Kimchi and Coconut is hosted by Wix. Wix automatically receives your computers IP address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Wix also uses several types of cookies while you browse. They are as follows : svSession, hs, incap_ses_${Proxy-ID}_${Site-ID}, incap_visid_${Proxy-ID}_${Site-ID}, nlbi_{ID}, XSRF-TOKEN, and smSession

Third-party providers PayPal and Stripe used by us to process your payments will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide.
